Marius Rohde on brand building, Independence, and the future of the creator economy

For Marius Rohde, the sex, adult, and pleasure community is about far more than visibility. It represents freedom, ownership, and evolution. A space where people can express themselves without filters, build independent careers, and redefine how sexuality and digital identity are viewed in a more open, modern world.

As a young creator and CEO, Marius describes his work as combining creativity, confidence, and business to transform a digital presence into real influence and income. Right now, what inspires him most is the rapid evolution of the creator economy.

What inspires me most right now is the evolution of the creator economy and seeing people own their audience and create independent income streams. On top of that, I’m driven by personal growth, improving my visuals, strengthening my mindset, and constantly leveling up in both life and business,” says Rohde.

We also had the chance to chat with him further, diving into a few more questions, including what we can expect from him at this year’s SX Festival.

What advice would you give to people entering the industry?

Don’t treat it like quick money! Treat it like building a brand. The people who last are the ones who stay consistent, understand their audience, and know what makes them different. And most importantly … set boundaries. Just because the industry is open doesn’t mean you have to say yes to everything

What influences your work and perspective?

I’m influenced by real-life experiences, digital culture, and especially people who are building success on their own terms. The creator economy itself is a huge inspiration along with visual aesthetics, trends, and the emotional impact of content. But above all, independence is what drives me.

What do people often misunderstand about your work?

People think it’s just taking photos or posting content, but there’s a lot more behind it. A strategy, planning, branding, editing, and constant analysis. There’s also the mental side to dealing with pressure, opinions, and expectations while staying true to yourself.

Why did you decide to take part in SX Festival?

SX Festival represents where this industry is going! A more modern, more creator driven, and more focused on personal brands. It’s a space that combines creativity and business, and gives real opportunities to network, learn, and connect with ambitious people.

What can people expect from you at SX Festival and SX Expo?

People can expect real energy, confidence, and authenticity. I’m not there just to show up but I’m there to connect, create, and bring my brand to life. I’ll be focused on networking, building relationships, and turning moments into content and opportunities. Get your tickets with a discount by using the MARIUS15 code
